Mohammed Zaher
Operations Director
Mohammed Zaher is a Civil Engineer, Licensed Builder and experienced construction leader with over a decade of local and international experience across commercial, residential and infrastructure projects.
As Operations Director, Mohammed oversees Buildmore Construction Group's operations from tendering and estimating through to construction, project management, HSEQ and handover. He brings strong technical expertise and practical leadership, with experience delivering projects valued up to $55 million and a combined portfolio exceeding $250 million.
Burhan Sajid
Commercial Director
Burhan Sajid is a commercial and contracts professional with over a decade of experience in the construction industry in Sydney. He has worked across residential, commercial, education and community housing projects, including multi-unit apartment and townhouse developments comparable in scale and type to Buildmore Construction Group's current portfolio.
As Commercial Director, Burhan leads the commercial side of projects. His core disciplines include commercial strategy, tender procurement, cost planning, variations and claims management, progress payment certification and contractual risk management — providing the commercial control framework that supports Buildmore Construction Group's project delivery.
Diaa Alameddine
DirectorDiaa is a seasoned professional with deep expertise in engineering project management, recognized for his strong leadership and strategic problem-solving abilities. Holding a degree in Civil Engineering, along with Master's qualifications in both Engineering Project Management and Business Administration, Diaa combines technical insight with business acumen to drive project success and deliver high-performance outcomes in complex environments.
